Luxury Automotive Sales Consultant

Purpose:

• The primary purpose of the luxury automotive sales professional is to establish positive customer relationships with existing and potential clients of Lexus of Nashville.  The ideal candidate will possess the drive, determination and business background to work in luxury automotive sales. The high performing, talented sales professional will have a proven record of performance in automotive sales and the ability to effectively market our award-winning luxury automobiles.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Possess solid understanding of retail sales.
• Generate client-acquisition activities from a variety of sources
• Manage individual sales activities in line with company policies and procedures.
  
• Perform daily, effective communication with established clients and prospects.
  
• Achieve established goals and objectives on monthly basis.
  
• Professionally demonstrate products, technology and services.
  
• Maintain a positive attitude to achieve individual and collective objectives and goals
• Attend required training and education opportunities on ongoing basis.

• Valid Tennessee driver license and a good driving record.
• Submit to and successfully complete pre-employment screening and testing, including, but not limited to, MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test, and/or any job-specific requirement.
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• 2-year or 4-year degree in business or related field is preferred, but not a requirement
