We were driving from Canada in our 2010 Lexus RX350 and the car engine overheated on Interstate 65 in heavy traffic. Lawson Ivey treated us to excellent service under very rush conditions as we were driving to Florida. Two hours later we were out on the road and the car performed perfectly the next ten hours on the highway. Thanks to Lawson and to tech 80604 for going above and beyond to save our trip to Florida.
