Fantastic customer service from Romaine Clue - I'm a 3rd-time Lexus buyer and Romaine was by far the best rep I've worked with. He was nice, funny, friendly, and non-pressuring when I asked to compare a couple models at the Cool Springs store. He was patient and worked with me all day. Finally, after he was off work, he stayed longer just to show me all the software and safety features and make sure I could operate them on my own. If I could afford (or use) a whole fleet of Lexus cars, I'd buy them all from Romaine!

I took my Lexus for a 10,000 mile oil change yesterday. Drove in, filled out paperwork,left within 20 min. Surroundings were pleasant, clean, courteous, inviting and prompt in taking my work order.Plus did a few other things and filled my car with premium gas.

My husband and I were having problems with our GS300 and repairs were just too much for a 2006 model..... we needed another car ASAP!!! We were so blessed to be introduced to sales and leasing consultant Lewis Becoats the 3rd!!! What an awesome experience. He was very professional and knowledgeable and he cared about our needs. He and staff made us feel comfortable and explained everything until we walked out with our New NX Lexus 200. Brought my 14 Lexus GS350 in for some major repairs. My service adviser Jason Jenkins and the service Manager Zack Miller took great care of me and worked with me on the vehicle as far as getting the repairs done in a timely manner, and offered a loaner vehicle multiple times. They kept me informed, and worked quick and efficiently. Completely satisfied with these two team members.
