I have had multiple disappointing experiences with this Lexus dealership.
I paid about $1,400 to have all four tires replaced, a tire rotation, and a four-wheel alignment. Before the service, my vehicle had no vibration issues, and I was never informed that any of my rims were damaged. After the service, my car developed a vibration. When I returned, I was assigned to a different service advisor, who told me one rim was bent and quoted me $1,200 to replace it. messed up my infotainment system after simple fix now looks like a trash dont have time to drive back and forth 120 miles to do the same loaner car process again then come back after fixing what they did to my screen , there is a huge gap between dash trim and screen i tried to push it back but i don't want to put more force because clips holding screen may get broken , the screen has to be taken back out from dash to adjust it and get it flushed in place , i wish i can post a pic here ... I left a voicemail in the service department and I was happy to receive a call back at day’s end from Lexus Service Consultant, Mr. Mark Smith. After I explained my concerns with a battery in my NX 350 that keeps dying requiring jump starts almost every 3 to 7 days, he invited me to come in to the dealership the following morning. I appreciated his helpful demeanor, prompt resoponse and willingness to listen to my concerns. Bayo was an excellent salesman, very organized, no pressure and a good communicator. The car we got was exactly what we were looking for. Price for trade was fair, and financing was fairly painless. Only negative is that inventory was so low, there were not enough models to test drive.

We were driving from Canada in our 2010 Lexus RX350 and the car engine overheated on Interstate 65 in heavy traffic. Lawson Ivey treated us to excellent service under very rush conditions as we were driving to Florida. Two hours later we were out on the road and the car performed perfectly the next ten hours on the highway. Thanks to Lawson and to tech 80604 for going above and beyond to save our trip to Florida. Communication with the finance department was not great, but Dennis made up for it by constantly checking in on me and trying his hardest to move things forward.
